Some sales are kind of one-of or temporarily different then the usual pricing scheme, not worth a whole new scheme, but I would like the form to reflect the actual value."
That's an interesting one. If I were you I'd overwrite the formula in the price column with the price you're using that time, and the value column will reflect that change. Either way you do it, it shouldn't mess anything up. I guess a Notes column would be good here...
