Purpose: The Northeast Animal Power Field Days is a weekend of working animal and equipment demonstrations, workshops, roundtables and socializing. Come to see how draft power can work for you, get advice from national and local experts on starting with and working with draft animals, learn what equipment you might need to get started, “farmhack” ideas for draft power equipment, and explore other aspects of farming with draft power that interest you.
Date(s): The FarmHack portion of the Field Days will be held on Saturday, 9/28. However, the Field Days also include events on Friday and Sunday that all are encouraged to attend (see schedule below, more details to come).

FarmHack-Specific Events: A more specific, FarmHack schedule will be available soon. There will be, for example, workshops focused on horse equipment and equipment modifications that will be of particular interest. Anyone attending the Field Days for FarmHack is also welcome to attend any of the other scheduled workshops (check the website for the full schedule soon).
