One of my next projects is to design a mobile version of this oven (link is external) so that it can be moved for events or if we change the farm bakery location. If anyone has experience using one of these ovens, it would be great to coordinate before beginning this project. Is anyone else interested in trying to build one of these - mobile or not? Comments on the design and possible effect on the quality of the bread?
