CAD Files

A recent post tool post to the Tool section wrote over the "tool template wiki" - with "Farm Bicycle" a totally understandable thing to do. The template is a bit misleading - ideally it would be the formatted starting place to begin tool documentation, etc. but at the moment it is just a reference, and new tools need to be created without formatting by selecting the "+Tool" button in the upper left corner of the screen. I was not able to gather who made the post because the edit was only in the tool profile section which does not track edits.
The colors are nice in that they help the section headers pop out but I think it might be easier for folks working on documentation to use pound signs instead of font tags. Check out the original tool template wiki as an example.
@Dorn What do you think?
RJ - could we make the tool template tool a "sticky" so that it is always at the top of the tool list? Should this post go over to the web site ideas forum?
As a productive community member, it's in everyone's interest to ask questions and advocate for more complete documentation wherever it is lacking. I see that Dorn has started by placing the Tool Wiki Template into Tool Wikis that lack documentation (Food Fractal and Pedal-Powered Power Tools). I think that's a good call and I would also like to add that I think it might be a good idea to also accompany moves like this with a message in the Tool's forum.
I added this image to the profile for this tool. It's an icon from Google Draw, which I assume is public domain.
Just throwing this in here for some context on this tool.

Thanks for pushing this forward Dorn!
