This will just be a basic outline for now - Step 1. Bend Tubing - Step 2. Assemble Bows - Step 3. Drill and Assemble Rails - Step 4. Layout - Step 5. Erect Frame - Step 6. Attach Hipboards and Endwalls - Step 7. Skin it. - Step 8. Roll it.
