Based on idea from a drawing in The Mobile Poultry Slaughterhouse by Ali Berlow (Storey Publishing), modified to fold flat. PVC is NOT a food-grade plastic. Plans need to be modified.

6 1" PVC end caps 4 1" PVC elbows 6 1" PVC Ts 10' of 1" PVC (cut into sections: 6 9" pieces (risers), 2 3" pieces, 2 4" pieces, 4 8" pieces, and 2 10" pieces (for the ends))

Cut the PVC, clean burrs and insides of cuts, assemble. Use on a sloped table or draining rack. Comes apart for easy cleaning. Folds up for storage.
