Predecessor and or contempory to the Vice-Grip, and slip joint pliers , this vintage' 11" plier device is a cross betweena locking pliers, wrench and a clamp through a unique geared.ajustable- jaw mechanism. Jaws open parallel from O - 2 inches wide. It also has a shallow throated' cutting mechanism that can cut up to 3/16" thick materials mostly commonly wire. One the handles is shaped like a cross between a pry bar and fat flat head screwdriver.
