Resource List of Useful Apps for Farmers

I'm not very familiar with this list but I just noticed your edit (http://www.farmhack.org/node/94/revisions/view/146/580) and I figured I would ask.

What does this mean exactly? What are you doing in Excel that you need synced with Google calendar? Is Excel basically your offline planner?
