Front End Questions:
We are starting to plan telescoping tie rods out of square tubing. Your documentation recommends 3/4 and 1 in square tubing. This seems pretty robust. What about using 3/4" and 1/2" square tubing?

We have been looking at steering designs for go carts, specifically, www.diygokarts.com/vb/showthread.php?t=11146. In step 15, why is it necessary to create the 30 bend in the steering knuckle instead of a series of bearings similar to the go cart designs linked above?
