Tow or 3 Point hitch tool bar for yeoman's plow

Background: Conservation districts are renting yeoman's plows for increasing air and water infiltration and breaking up sub soil compaction as part of soil health efforts to reduce nutrient leaching and runoff. (see equipment lending tools and discussion here http://farmhack.net/tools/equipment-lending (link is external)

Problem Statement: Heavy three point hitch implements are challenging to transport between farms, but have some advantages in the field. The basic Yeoman's plow frame is versatile, but does not enable a pickup truck to move the plow without a trailer and loader. The frame must also not be over width (8'6") and be able to accommodate hydraulic auto reset shanks for use in stony pastures and field conditions (In rental situations, resetting sheer pins in the field is not realistic).
