The SwitchBox was originally developed for small plane engine block heaters to remotely switch the heaters on prior to a winter flight. No pun intended, it took off. We use one on our farm to switch our fencing on and off, heat our tractor block on cold winter nights for next day's use. Possibilities are endless. We are looking to get another one to help with winter lighting and coop doors for laying hens. Has an app for iPhone and Android phones to easily control and communicate with the box. Or can be used with any phone simply by using the text commands or by calling it.
