Problem: Keeping rebar which is used to hold row cover in place in a hightunnel
close at hand, but out of the way when it isn't in use.
Solution: Make U-shaped rebar hangers and install on both sides of the high-
tunnel to hold the rebar when it isn't in use. Rebar hangers are bent from hot rolled steel bar using a Hossfeld Bender (a vise could also be used) and a hole drilled to mount the hanger with a bolt through the high tunnel hoop or hip-
board
Impact: The rebar hangers save 10-15 minutes each time row cover is installed
or removed compared to the previous system of a central storage rack outside of the hightunnels.
